The aims of the association are to encourage the disclosure of the contents Yoga-Pilates and similar traditions, organizing training seminars and so on. Yoga, Pilates and on similar traditions.

For the development of these purposes, the association may establish conventions and agreements with public and private national and foreign companies interested in developing their goals.

The association may establish branches in other countries, especially those belonging to the European Union, having to do so as provided in the Spanish legislation in the countries to do so.
